I was going to write a subject line, but we're getting smartphones pretty soon, so I'll just do it then.

Christmas happened. It was great. Other things happened too. They are as follows:

Monday:
As I mentioned last week. We spent pretty much all of preparation day driving to Boise. After that, Elder Marin and Elder Castellano became RMs. They got picked up by their parents. It was almost too much for greenie eyes to bear. After that we spent the night in Boise.

Tuesday:
We (Me and Elder Wright) woke up and went to the mission office. We picked up a bunch of packages and played delivery driver. We took them to the Zone Leaders in Twin Falls, Rupert, and Burley. Yep. I went back to Burley! For like 15 minutes, but I was there! After that me and Elder Wright went back to Hansen and did missionary stuff for the rest of the day. Then we went to sleep.

Wednesday:
Now is where things get interesting-er. Elder Wright and I had to go BACK to BURLEY for an orthodontist appt. So yeah, twice in a row. Then we drove very safely back to Twin Falls just in time to go to the Trainer's Meeting. As soon as that ended I got my new companion ELDER SNOW! de Peoria, AZ. Really cool Missionary. After that we went to Walmart to get supplies and then got to work in Hansen.

Thursday:

WEEKLY PLANNING! So not much after that other than introducing Elder Snow to everybody and trying to talk to new people.

Friday:

We got a big bag of potatoes and washed them and gave them away! Elder Snow said that he didn't feel like he was really in Idaho until after this activity. We also had dinner with a really cool family, they made us fried chicken. It was delicious. Then we went around introducing Elder Snow to everybody and trying to talk to new people, but this time we did it in MURTAUGH!

Saturday:

Lots of snow was on the ground by this point. We got to teach few lessons though, so the day was good. Driving on snow isn't too hard. But then again that could just be because we have AWD.

Sunday:

Christmas Eve! We went to the Hansen and Murtaugh wards. The Murtaugh ward did something interesting. They just had members come up and tell their favorite hymn and why it is important to them. Then the organist would play it and the congregation sang. It was really cool. Pretty much got to hear all of the best hymns. Including the ones we don't sing very often (Including "If You Could Hie to Kolob"). After that we went back to Hansen and did some stuff/visited some people. Later on we had dinner in Twin Falls, it was really good. It was their family Christmas Eve get-together/dinner. After that we went back to Kimberly and went caroling as a District. That was really fun too! Then we went to sleep because it was time to do that. Also I got a new blanket.

Monday:

CHRISTMAS! We got up and did normal missionary stuff. But we also opened some presents and had Christmas food! Oh yeah. AND I CALLED MOM AND DAD! (And SYDNEY! and LINDSEY!) It was fun and there was still snow on the ground so we spent a good part of the day shoveling snow around Hansen. Christmas was very fun, even as a missionary. It is crazy to me that it is already almost 2018. Time passes on though. Tree is full now too. I'm leaving it up until next year (in 5 days or so).

Tuesday:

Now it is preparation day. Everything is still covered in snow and I thought it was pretty warm this morning. It was 26 degrees. We will do stuff and things to day that will help us be ready to do other stuff and things later on (aka we have no idea what we are going to do today). I'll tell you all about it NEXT WEEK. IN THE YEAR 2018!

Bye.

LOVE YOU ALL!

Rest assured, we are staying VERY busy.

The Lord can always use you for something, even if it is just for a bad example.
