Elder Spencer Hazeslip

WELL! I'm not in Hansen anymore. I am in the Declo area. Which was Elder Gaston's old area. Where he stayed for 3 transfers with his MTC companion. Now I am here with my MTC Companion Elder Blashill. es loco. We cover Springdale (x2 wards), Declo (x2 wards), and Albion (1 ward and a YSA Branch) It has been a crazy week. This Monday we did indeed play golf. It was really fun. The golf course was down in the canyon.   Tuesday  was spent in the shadow of the looming transfer calls. We eventually survived and I got the news. Wednesday  was the goodbye tour. There were a lot of people in Hansen that I got to know really well over the past 6 months. I'll have to come by after my mission and say hi, but I'm excited for all the new people I will meet out here in Declo. We also went to Maxie’s in Kimberly for the last time. Thursday  it happened. For some reason I am not super short on time today. Now the pressure is on because I can't use that as an excuse. Well then...  This week has been pretty cool. The anticipation of getting transfer calls next week has been eating me alive. (Tomorrow at ~9:30 is when it will all be revealed) On  Monday  we just played basketball and volleyball again. It was really fun, but in the middle of playing I got an email that said I was going to be in a new ward for the first time in my life. So I kinda just picked my jaw up off of the floor and kept playing. I must've played hard because that night I was VERY hungry. I ate two corn dogs and a can of Campbell's Chunky Grilled Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. On  Tuesday  we scared a goat on accident and it ran up a tree. Hola! If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this is the longest email I will send home. This was a good week, we went to Shoshone falls on Monday, then we went to go play basketball for the rest of the day. Shoshone Falls: We visited some members who had no neighbors. We saw some houses around them but they told us that nobody lives there anymore. The houses were used for a cockfighting ring that got busted a few years ago.
